Lyo and co use real vanilla ice cream sandwiches (yes, really!), which are then freeze-dried to obtain dried ice cream sandwiches that can be stored at room temperature and never melt!

Freeze drying allows ice cream sandwiches to:

• Become crispy and light, like a cookie (but with dried ice cream)
• To live a unique experience, like astronauts do!

A snack to eat as is, on the go!

Each bag contains 2 ice cream sandwiches in pieces (or 70g), and will keep for at least 1 year. It is normal for the cookies to have come off the ice cream when you open your bag since there is no moisture left to hold them together!
