Lyo et co uses sea salt candies (or ''Salt Water Taffy'') to create these delicious bites.

Freeze-drying allows this chewing gum to:

• Expand (about 3x its original size)
• Become crispy and light, like a meringue

• Each bag contains a variety of mixed flavors (watermelon, cotton candy, strawberry, bubblegum, grape, lime...)
